MK3EB Networking
The MK3EB nodes are network enabled - in fact, most of what they are is their network. This network is based on the EVIL hardware, although the protocol is very different from some other EVIL implimentations. The protocol could also be implemented over other link layers such as CANbus.
The network is packet driven, and is primarily call-and-response with a master (or two or three) doing most of the heavy lifting. The packets are variable size, and have variable features. It is not expected that every node will implement every feature.
